At Arman Enterprise, we take pride in delivering quality products. Returns and refunds are only available if there is a genuine issue with the product you received (such as being defective, damaged, or incorrect). We do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
When a Return or Refund is Possible
- If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If you receive the wrong item that you did not order.
- If the product is incomplete or missing essential parts.
Conditions
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- You must provide proof (photos or videos) of the damage or defect.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged within 7 business days.
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method (cash, mobile banking, or card).
- Shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as sanitary items or items specifically marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned.
